Payment
- Payment is done via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
- You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email.
- Payment is done in advance.
- Spanish to Travel is not responsible for any additional bank or PayPal fees.
- If there is a change in the sessions prices you will be notified in advance.
Change and cancellation policy
- There is a 24h change and cancellation policy. To change or cancel a lesson send an email at least 24h in advance.
- A lesson changed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged.
- No shows will be charged.
Packs
- The lessons bought as a pack of 5 or 10 must be taken wthin 6 months from the purchase date.
Holidays and unavailability of teacher
- Holidays will be announced in advance.
- If the teacher is unable to make a class, it will be rescheduled for another day or you can ask for a refund.
